Meeting Room: all team meetings, along with breakfast and lunch on February 7 and 8 will be hosted in Royal Sonesta’s Penthouse on the 39th floor. NOTE: the Penthouse button in the elevator bank will only be illuminated during meeting times.

Teambuilding Activity at AceBounce:

Join your colleagues for some friendly competition and fun at AceBounce. Our semi-private space includes ping pong and shuffleboard tables, along with the crowd-favorite cup pong table.

For added laughs, a hand-picked AceBounce games guru (local improv comedians and all-around hilarious folks) will host the gaming portion of the evening. NOTE: this activity is optional but encouraged! Chicago staff: please book a hotel room if attending.

Arrival: for those traveling to Chicago, please arrive on February 6. All local staff should be prepared to attend meetings on February 7 at 9 a.m. with breakfast beginning at 8 a.m.

Parking: please avoid driving if possible. If needed, self parking (preferred) is available two blocks south of hotel for $53/night with in/out privileges. Valet parking is available for $75/night. Please indicate parking needs via staff registration form.

Hotel: a block of rooms as been secured for the group at Royal Sonesta Downtown. Charges for room and tax will be charged to NEF’s master account. You will asked to provide a credit card for incidentals only upon check-in. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Chicago locals are encouraged to stay at the hotel on February 7.

There are three Royal Sonesta locations in Chicago. Make sure you go to the downtown location at 71 E. Wacker Drive.

We have a rooming list so you do NOT need to book your hotel room. Confirmation numbers will be sent out in mid-January.
